Gapcheon Ecological Lake Park (갑천 생태호수공원)

Opened on September 27, 2025, Gapcheon Ecological Lake Park is Daejeon’s first lake park, located at the meeting point of Seo-gu and Yuseong-gu districts. Spanning approximately 430,000 square meters, the park features a well-connected network of trails that make it ideal for leisurely strolls, with rest areas and amenities located throughout the park, allowing visitors to comfortably enjoy the lake views. In addition, a variety of themed facilities are available, including an observatory, a children’s playground, a water park, exercise facilities, and a pet rest area. At night, the landscape lighting creates a unique atmosphere.
