• If you arrive 20 minutes late or more, your reservation will be automatically canceled and non-refundable.
• Once confirmed, same-day changes or cancellations at the salon are non-refundable.
• Additional on-site options will be charged separately.
• Early start (05:00–09:00) available upon request with KRW 11,000 payment on-site.
• Designer selection is not available.
• Communication will be assisted via a translation app; please prepare photos of your desired style.
