Heo Gyun and Heo Nanseolheon Memorial Park (허균·허난설헌 기념공원)
'Heo Gyun and Heo Nanseolheon Memorial Park was established to honor the Heo siblings: Heo Gyun, the author of Story of Hong Gildong (a 17th-century novel, the first of its kind written in Hangeul), and Heo Nanseolheon, one of Korea's most esteemed female writers. This literary park features the Memorial Hall, the site of Heo Nanseolheon's birth home, a traditional tea experience space, and lush green areas. Every April and September, the Nanseolheon Cultural Festival offers puppet theater, exhibitions, children’s experience programs, and tea ceremony activities.
