Sambong Dodam (삼봉도담)

Sambong Dodam is a kalguksu and bossam specialty restaurant located near Jogyesa Temple in Jongno, Seoul, and near Jonggak Station. The signature menu item is 'Beef Bone Broth Chicken Kalguksu,' which features a rich broth made by simmering beef bones and chicken for over four hours. During dinner hours, fragrant dishes such as minari jeon are also available. When ordering one menu item per person, kalguksu noodles and broth are provided for free, and patrons can enjoy unlimited rice through a self-service bar.
